I bought a 2014 Ford Focus from here and I've waited a week to post a review.TL;DR - Excellent experience. I'll absolutely stop here first if I need another vehicle in the future but hopefully it will be some years from now.---So I showed up, guard up, ready to get talked down to and fiddle fart around because I'm a woman looking at cars and that's how it was at a big dealership when I got my last car. Nope! Not here!I first met the owner Brandon on the front porch and after a friendly introduction it was straight to it. "What's your budget? What are you looking for?"Set my budget. Set my vehicle expectations. He told Raphael to show me the ones in my range and one that was just a little out of my budget. No pressure. Casual atmosphere, easy to talk to. Raphael showed me around and if I had questions he couldn't answer, he found out on the spot. Did a couple test drives on two I liked and made my decision based on my own research of the vehicles. -- They're used, you gotta do some of your own work too and manage your expectations accordingly.When I went to test drive the Focus, there was a screw in the tire and the team immediately dealt with it before I took it out.They were patient, dealt with my concerns when I had them and worked with me on my payments. All in all, it was like talking shop with friends. They never spoke to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Even if I didn't.After a week of driving it, it had a few quirks but it's quite literally a 12 year old car and the issues I had were only felt at highway speed. A tire balance settled it but it will get a little TLC in the next few months. There's nothing severely wrong with it that keeps me from commuting to work or taking a jaunt off to San Antonio for funsies. It's just a used car and it runs like a champ. If I had a serious issue, Swan's would be the first to know.So thank you Brandon, Raphael, and Chase for making the whole ordeal as painless as possible. My only real complaint is that the speakers only go to 30, but that's Ford's fault.Thanks again!

They did everything in their power to put me in a car! The staff is friendly and will bend over backwards to help you get a vehicle! I have had my car over a year now with no problems. Thank you Swan's!

The office people and vehicle repair guys are really nice. I went to deliver some parts. They are very patient and easy to deal with. This is an update. In addition to selling vehicles, they also have an assortment or storage sheds available. I don't know the prices but is something to consider if looking for storage options.

I absolutely love this place. They were very helpful,kind & went over and beyond for us..They didn’t keep us there forever doing paperwork.. best part was We had enough time to make it to my son’s graduation.Thank you Swan’s Autoplex for your amazing help. God bless.

They went out of their way to get us into a car. If your looking for a car go there first. Other places promised the world ran out credit 4 to 6 times each. But when it came down to it. Nothing. Even places that say buy here pay here. These guys are honest and truthful. They ran credit 2 times then offered us inhouse financing.We Say Yes..... That's their slogan and they mean it.
